Through the “Signed Devices” feature, users can now see a list of devices currently connected to their account along with related information, as well as log out from certain devices or all devices independently. This feature provides better control to users while enhancing account security without needing assistance from the support team. Here are the steps.
Log in to your Mekari Account. Then select the “Security” menu.
Then select the submenu “Sign-in & devices”.

Next, click the “Devices” tab. The list of devices displayed on this page is based on the user's login activity across several Mekari products.
In this case, you can log in on multiple devices simultaneously. Please ensure all devices are recognized and perform regular checks to maintain account security.

Next, you can also log out from all devices at once by clicking the “Sign out of all devices” button. This feature will end all login sessions on other devices connected to your account.
Currently, the logout (sign out) only logs you out from Launchpad, so you remain logged in to other Mekari products because the login system is not centralized yet. If you choose “Sign out of all devices”, then all login sessions on other devices for that account will end. However, at this time, the effect is still limited to access through Launchpad/Mekari Account.
