How to Monitor Sign-in Activity and History on Mekari Account

You can now easily monitor your account’s Sign-in activity and history across all devices and Mekari products. In line with this improvement, the email notification mechanism for account sign-ins has also been updated. Previously, email notifications were sent every time a user successfully signed in. Now, email notifications will only be sent if a new browser, device, or location is detected during the sign-in process.

In the following explanation, you will learn how to access the Sign-in History page as well as the email notification flow for account sign-ins. See the full details below.

  1. Log in to your Mekari account.

  2. Then, select the “Security” menu.

  3. Next, click the “Sign-in & devices” tab.

  4. You will then be directed to the Sign-in History page. On this page, you can view detailed information about your Mekari account’s Sign-in history. Below is an explanation of the information and features available on this page.

Displays Sign-in history information for up to the last 12 months and provides a Change your password link if you detect any suspicious activity.

4Product sourceDisplays the Mekari product accessed when the user signed in.

6IP AddressDisplays the IP address used during the sign-in process to the Mekari account.
7Location

Displays the user’s approximate location when signing in to the Mekari account based on the IP address.

If there is a sign-in activity from a new location, the system will automatically detect it and send an email notification with the information New location detected.
 

8Device/Browser

Displays information about the device and browser used when signing in.

If there is a sign-in activity from a new device or browser, the system will automatically detect it and send an email notification with the information New device/browser detected.

  1. In addition to monitoring Sign-in activity history, you can also monitor other account activity history by clicking the “Activity log” menu.

  2. On this page, you can view detailed information about activity history on your Mekari account. If you find any suspicious activity, you can directly click the Change your password link to update your password. 

    You can view all account data change logs, such as name updates, phone number changes, and other data updates, for up to the last 1 year.
