In Mekari POS F&B, you can set up QR codes that serve as a medium for customers to place orders. By scanning the QR code available on the table or store area, customers can directly view the menu and place orders immediately. Here are the steps.

  1. Go to the Store Settings menu and then select the Store Settings submenu.

  2. Then click the “Scan code order configuration” tab.

  3. In the QR Code Configuration section, there are two options for Order mode settings, namely: Table-based ordering and Order with table number.

Table-based ordering Customers can place orders by scanning the QR code available on the table. After the order is received, the cashier receives the order and the kitchen starts preparing the food according to the customer's table.
Order by phone number Customers can place orders by scanning the store's QR code via their phone. After payment is completed, the order is received by the cashier and customers can pick up their order according to the call number.
  4. If you activate Table-based ordering, the Table ordering function settings will appear with the following setting options.
