After the template is created, you can proceed to create a document from the template. During the document creation process, you can choose the option to send it to multiple recipients at once. Follow the steps below.
Go to the Templates menu.
On the template you have created, click “Actions”, then select Create document.
In the confirmation pop-up, select Bulk Send to convert the template into a document and send it to multiple recipients, then click “Create”.
On the next page, click “Download template” to download the recipient template provided by Mekari Sign.

Fill in the template accordingly.
- Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
- You can see the template filling guide on the How to use sheet. Once the template is completed, click “Browse” to upload the file.
Click “Continue” to proceed.
If necessary, edit the file name on this page, then click “Continue”.
You can modify the email subject and content if needed. A preview of the document will be displayed on the right side of the page.

Once everything is correct, click “Send documents”.
