Active Sessions is a feature in Mekari Sign that displays your account’s login history. Through this feature, you can see which devices are currently connected to your account. Since an IP connected to your account can log in without entering an OTP, if you suspect access from someone else or have previously logged in on a public/shared device, you can immediately terminate all active sessions to maintain security. Here are the steps.
Go to the Settings menu.
On the Account tab, click “Active Sessions”.
-
Then you will see a screen like this.
No Column Explanation 1 Device Type Indicates the type of device used (desktop, mobile, or tablet). 2 Sessions Type Provides more detailed information about the device, especially the browser used. 3 IP Address Serves as a unique identity for each session, representing the combination of device, browser, and internet connection used. 4 Last signed in Shows the last login time for that sessions. To end all active sessions, you can click "End all sessions".
You and all accounts that were previously connected will automatically be redirected to the Mekari Sign login page. You will then need to go through the login sequence (including OTP input) to regain access to the account.
Then, you will return to the Mekari Sign login page.
