How to Manage Corporate Stamp

After creating a Corporate Stamp, you can edit or delete the Stamp that has been created. For more details, see the explanation below.

Important:
The edit and delete actions will not affect the Corporate Stamp that has been affixed to the document. This will only affect the next document that is given the company stamp in the next signing process.

  1. Log in to your Mekari Sign account, then select the Settings menu.
  2. Click the "Corporate Stamp" menu.
  3. Then on one of the Stamps that has been created, click "Actions".
  4. Click "Edit" if you want to edit the information contained in the Corporate Stamp.

    The edit button will display your existing Corporate Stamp and you can change any data in it, including who are the users who are eligible to use your company stamp.

  5. Click "Delete" if you want to edit the information contained in the Corporate Stamp.

    The delete button will display a confirmation box to ensure you know to run the delete command.
