The Bulk Product Upload feature makes it easy for you to upload product data, prices, and variants in large quantities all at once. By using a single template file, you can upload hundreds to thousands of product records without having to enter them manually one by one. This feature helps speed up inventory management, improve work efficiency, and minimize the risk of errors when entering data. Here are the steps.

Read the rules for uploading product images below.
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG, JPEG, BMP.
- The image name must match the product barcode, and the system will automatically link the product information.
- Only one image can be assigned to each product to prevent the same image name from being used.
- A maximum of 100 images can be uploaded at once, with a maximum file size of 5 MB per image.
- The barcode will be used if there is a mismatch for products with multiple barcodes.
- Make sure you do not exceed 20 MB per upload.
You can bulk upload product images through the Mekari POS Back Office. Here are the steps.
- Go to the Products menu
- Then click the “Product List” submenu.
- Click the “Import” button.
- Select the “Import Product Images” menu.
- Next, you will see the rules for uploading product images.
