This guide discusses situations when users encounter difficulties accessing their Mekari Sign account and are redirected to a specific page during the login process. In such cases, the user's access to the system becomes limited, preventing them from continuing to use the account as usual.

Through this guide, Admins or Company Owners can learn about this condition and the steps to restore user access to the Mekari Sign account.

  1. Log in to your Mekari Sign account. Then select the “Settings” menu.

  2. Click the User management tab, then select “Manage users”.

  3. Next, click the “Company User” tab.

  4. Then, for one of the user list entries with Inactive status, click “Actions”.

  5. A confirmation pop-up will appear stating that the user will be reactivated and regain access to company documents if the activation process continues. Click “Activate” to proceed.

  6. The following notification will appear, indicating that you have successfully reactivated the account access for that user.

    Important
Account activation will affect the number of user quotas used. For the roles of Admin and member, the quota used will be ‘Company User’, while for approval only user, the quota used will be ‘Approval User’. If the quota is insufficient, the user activation process will not be completed.
