In Mekari POS F&B, you can add additional options to the dishes served, for example in the modifier group “Topping,” so users can set which toppings can be added to the dish and selected by customers. Here are the steps.
Go to the Products menu, then select the Attributes submenu.
On the Modifier Management tab, click the “plus (+) icon”.
-
Enter the Group Name and click “OK”.
You can add the group name in other languages by clicking “+ Add Language”.
Click the “group name” you created, then click the “+Add Modifier” button to add modifiers related to that group.
Enter the Modifier Name in the provided field; you can also add a Modifier Alias Name (if needed).
You can also set the price for the modifier if needed.
-
To add products to the modifier, click the “Linked Product” button.
You can click “Add Language” to add other languages related to the modifier name.
Check the “checkbox” to select the food items and click “OK” to save.
You can also click the “three dots” icon, select Related recipes to link the modifier to a specific recipe. This way, for every dish with a modifier that has a recipe, the stock related to the recipe and raw materials will also be deducted. Choose Sort to change the sequence and Delete to remove the preference name.
The modifier/topping options display when the cashier adds a product will look like this.
