Through the Settings menu, you can send eKYC quota to multiple emails at once using the Send eKYC Quota feature. Users just need to download the available template, fill in the destination emails, then upload the file again. After that, the system will send a confirmation email once the request has been successfully processed. Here are the steps.

Important
eKYC quota will only be sent if the recipient:
- Does not have an active digital certificate, and
- Does not have eKYC quota.

  1. Go to the Settings menu.

  2. Then on the Account tab, select My account.

  3. Next, click the “Send eKYC quota” button.

  4. You will enter the following page and click the “Download template” button to download the eKYC send template we provide.

  5. The uploaded file will look like this. Enter the emails to which you want to send the eKYC quota.

You can see the template filling instructions on the Instructions sheet.

  6. The successfully uploaded file will appear like this, then click “Upload & send” to complete the process.

  7. The eKYC sending request is in progress.

After the sending process is done, the following statuses may appear as the result:
    - Sent: Quota successfully sent to the destination email, eKYC quota used.
    - Already have eKYC quota: The user already has eKYC quota, so the quota is not sent through this process.
    - Already have active digital certificate: The user already has an active digital certificate, so the quota is not sent through this process.
    - Email not found: Email not found or invalid, so the quota cannot be sent through this process.
    - Insufficient quota: Available quota is insufficient, so the sending process cannot be carried out.

  8. If the process is successful, you will receive an email like the following.

You can find the sending history on the usage history > eKYC quota page. Each successful eKYC sending record will be recorded in that table.
