How to Set Up the QR Code Ordering Menu Display in Mekari POS F&B

In Mekari POS F&B, you can configure the QR code ordering menu display that customers will see. This setting helps customize the information and menu appearance to make the ordering process easier and tailored to your business operational needs. Here are the steps.

  1. Go to the Store Settings menu, then select the Store Settings submenu.

  2. Click the “Scan code ordering layout” tab.

  3. You will see the settings as follows:

    1 Preview  On the right side, you will see the display/preview of the menu you customized.
    2 Store logo
    • Select Recommendation if you want to use the default store logo.
    • Select Customize if you want to upload your own logo.
    3 Template

    This is the template option for the menu display, you can choose:

    • List view: For menus with a list view extending sideways/downwards.
    • Grid view: For menus with a visual box layout to be neater and easier to see.
    • Large card view: The menu is displayed in large-sized cards, making each menu item clearer and more prominent.
    4 Collection display In this section, you will choose the display in Horizontal version or Portrait form. This choice will affect the template you previously selected.
    5 Background image
    • Select Recommend if you want to use the default background image.
    • Select Customize if you want to upload a background image.
    6 Carousel pop-up 

    In the pop-up carousel section, you can choose None if you do not want to display a carousel.

    You can also select Customize and click “+Create new pop-up carousel” to upload a pop-up carousel.

    You can also choose the Trigger for the carousel appearance, with two options: None and Click on the image.

    If you select Click on the image, you can choose advanced options such as:

    • Route to a certain product collection.
    • Route to specific product detail.
    • Jump link
    7 Rotating banners

    In the scrolling banner section, you can select None if you do not want to display a banner.

    You can also select Customize and click “+Create a new carousel banner” to upload a banner carousel.

    You can also choose the Trigger for the banner carousel appearance, with two options: None and Click on the image.

    If you select Click on the image, you can choose advanced options such as:

    • Route to a certain product collection.
    • Route to specific product detail.
    • Jump link

  4. If everything is set as desired, click “Save”.
