Mekari POS F&B provides a cashier application with an interface optimized for dine-in, takeaway, delivery, table interaction, and quick order input needs. This application is available on Android devices and compatible with Sunmi devices. Below is a brief explanation of the Mekari POS F&B cashier application.

  1. After logging into the Mekari POS F&B cashier application, you will see the following interface.

Main menu

Click to select the main menus of the cashier application such as:

  • Cashier: Menu for the cashier to input orders.
  • Table: Menu to view the table layout.
  • Number: Menu to view the current queue number.
  • Pickup: Menu for picking up food that has been processed by the kitchen.
  • Grabfood: Menu to view online orders from Grabfood.

Additionally, there are other menus such as:

  • Management
  • Order list
  • Item
  • Sold out
  • Table settings
  • Data reports
  • Member management
    • Member list
    • Member settings
    • Settings
  • Device management
  • Receipt settings
  • Sales channels

To access the account menu where you can:

  • Open the cash drawer
  • Change shifts
  • Synchronize data
  • Change language

Menu list


 

Contains the list of menus that customers can order. After clicking one menu, you will see a pop-up to add the menu as follows.
7 Order type

To change the order based on the order type, there are 3 options:

  • Dine In (without table)
  • Takeaway
  • Pickup
8 Add customer To add the customer's name.
9 Delete To delete an order.
10 Menu list Contains the list of customer menus where you can add quantities or delete items.
11 Save To save the customer's order draft.
12 Subtotal

Click to proceed to check out payment.

You can enter the payment amount, then click “Print” to print the payment bill and “Payment” to process the payment.
