After adding staff to Mekari POS F&B, you can then set the roles and access permissions for those staff members. A. Creating a New Role
Go to the Staff menu and select the Access & Roles submenu.
Click the “Add Role” button to create a new role.
Enter the role name in the provided field.
Toggle the toggle for Role Status to activate the role after it is created.
In the Functional Permissions section, on the left side you can select the device platforms that can be used by this role.
On the right side, you can see what can be accessed by this role.
You can disable access by clicking the “checkbox”. You can also allow the role to access everything by checking Select All.
In the Business Permissions section, you can set whether the role is allowed to input discounts on orders. Additionally, you can determine the maximum discount limit and the highest allowed amount.
