In Mekari Account, you can define the inactivity duration before users are automatically signed out from their web browser. For users with multiple roles, the system will apply the shortest duration to ensure account security. Below are the steps:
Go to the Mekari Access menu.
Click the “Manage duration” button in the Session duration section.
Select the role you want to configure, hover over it, then click the “pencil” icon.
Set the desired duration, then click “Save changes”.
You can also configure it in bulk by checking the checkbox and clicking “Edit duration”.
Enter the desired duration and click “Save changes”.
A confirmation pop-up will appear, then click “Update”.
Your settings have now been successfully updated.
