In Mekari Sign, you can add tags and attach tags when uploading documents. Later, users who attach tags to documents can see those tags on the Documents page. And those tags will not appear in other users’ views. These tags can also make it easier for users to filter documents on the Documents page and on the Contracts page. Here are the steps.
Go to the Settings page.
Then, click the “Tags” submenu.
Click the “Add tags” button to create new tags.

Enter the desired tags.
Note: You can also add other tags by clicking “Add new”.
You can also change the color indicator of the tag by clicking the “colored column” and selecting the desired color.
Click the “Submit” button to save.
Then the tag has been successfully created, you can click the “Actions” button and choose Edit to change it or Delete to remove it.
On the Documents page, the tags will appear like this.
