In Mekari POS F&B, you can add staff/sub-accounts to the store, which can be done through the Back Office or the Cashier Application. Here are the steps.
Log in to your Mekari POS F&B account.
In the Staff menu, click the Staff Management submenu.
To add new staff, click the “+ Add Staff” button.
Enter the Staff Name in the provided field.
Click “Generate” to generate the Staff ID automatically.
Then, enter the staff’s Email.
Also enter a PIN Code, to lock/unlock the Cashier application.
Click the “+ Add” button to add the staff’s role.
Select the role of the employee and click “Save”.
There is also an Advanced Settings (optional) that you can add.
If everything is correct, click “OK”.
The added staff will appear in the following list. You can view details by clicking “View” or edit by clicking “Edit”.
You can also deactivate the staff account by clicking “Deactivate”.

The invited staff will receive a password via email. This password is used to log in to the Back Office and Cashier Application.
a. If you want to change the password, it can be done on the Back Office login page.
b. One staff email can be added to different stores with the same password. When staff log in for the first time, they need to verify their Mekari account via email with the email subject: Invitation to join Mekari POS, then click “Bergabung Sekarang”.
After clicking “Bergabung Sekarang”, you will be directed to the Mekari account creation page if you do not have a Mekari account. You need to fill in the password, confirm the password, and check “I’m not a robot”. The account and password entered on this form can be used to register for other Mekari products and services.
After clicking “Submit”, you will be directed to the Mekari POS F&B back office page to continue using Mekari POS F&B. The process in points 15-17 is only done when the staff account is added for the first time to the first store.
