In the integration of Mekari POS F&B with Mekari Jurnal, you can map accounts (CoA) to synchronize sales transactions. Here are the steps.

  1. Go to the Integration menu and select the Jurnal submenu.

  2. Click the “Orders” tab to start mapping accounts.

  3. Next, select the Receivables Account and Payables Account to be used.

  4. Select the Payment method and the account to be used for depositing payments.

  5. In the Fees Mapping section, select the Sales Account and Discount Account to be used.

  6. Finally, in Tip Mapping, select the account to be used for tips.

  7. If everything is correct, click “Save”.

  8. Every new transaction with the status “Paid” created by the POS cashier will be synchronized to Jurnal after you activate the “Order” toggle.

  9. Invoices and Payment Receipts will be automatically created in Jurnal when payment has been received by the cashier. The list of products in the order will use the SKU codes that are already connected between POS and Jurnal.

  10. A return will be created in Jurnal if a paid order is later canceled or returned in POS.

  11. Cashier costs and tips added at the POS cashier will be sent to Jurnal as products and can be recorded as income according to the mapped sales account.

That is the explanation on how to map and synchronize sales in Mekari POS F&B and Mekari Jurnal. For an explanation on how to map taxes, see here.
