Mekari continues to develop its ecosystem to support different operational models between Retail and Food & Beverage (F&B) through POS solutions. The currently available POS solution (under the Desty POS brand) was previously more focused on retail needs, such as SKU-based inventory management, simple checkout processes, and integrated O2O synchronization within the Desty ecosystem.
As the product evolves, the POS line will be separated into two main products: Mekari POS | Retail (the rebranded result of the current retail-focused POS) and Mekari POS | F&B, a new product specifically designed to address the complex workflows of restaurant, cafe, and quick-service business environments.
The F&B sector has operational patterns that are significantly different from retail, such as table management and dine-in services, menu customization based on modifiers, bill splitting (split bill), and other operational needs. To effectively introduce the F&B line, the initial MVP integration will focus on providing the basic capabilities required by F&B merchants to run daily operations, while maintaining interoperability with the overall Mekari ecosystem.

Single Store
Each account can add up to 10 stores with a subscription payment for each store.
Operated separately for each store, and not connected to the Headquarter.
Can be used if the owner has multiple stores that are not managed under a single management.
Headquarter (HQ)
The main store that can be used to manage multi-branch stores in a single dashboard.
Can be used for businesses with many branches.
Access to Headquarter is only available for Plus and POS 360 subscriptions with a whitelisted system.
Branch Store
Branch stores under the control of the Headquarter.
Have the same features and capabilities as single stores, but can be managed through the headquarter.
Only the main account can access the Headquarter and add Single Stores.
Mekari POS F&B also has three platforms that users can access, namely:
Back Office: Dashboard for store owners/managers via web browser (Chrome recommended); includes reports, orders, products, stock, staff management, and store settings.
Tablet Cashier App (Android): Tablet app used by store cashiers to enter orders, process returns, manage discounts, and add customers (needs to be installed on Android tablets, SUNMI devices recommended).
Mobile Cashier App (Android): Mobile app used by store cashiers to enter orders, process returns, manage discounts, and add customers (needs to be installed on Android phones, SUNMI devices recommended).
