How to See the Development of Quota Usage on Mekari Sign

As a User, you can see the development of document quota usage, eSignature, Corporate stamp, eMeterai, eKYC, and WhatsApp balance. Here are the steps you can learn.

  1. Enter the Settings menu.
  2. Then click the "Account" tab and select "My account".
  3. Then on the following page click the "Quota usage" tab.
  4. At the top, you will see information like the following.

1 Document monthly Shows the document quota you have in one month.
2 eSignature per cycle Shows the eSignature quota based on your subscription cycle.
3 Corporate stamp  Shows the company's stamp quota.
4 eMeterai  Shows the eMeterai quota you have.
5 eKYC  Shows the eKYC quota you have.
6 WhatsApp balance Shows the WhatsApp quota you have.

- To be able to see the details of the WhatsApp balance quota, you can click the "question mark icon" as in the image below.- The WhatsApp balance details will appear as follows.

- With this update, you can top up as needed. You can even send documents to international numbers! Each message sent will be deducted a fee based on the recipient country's price. 
- This feature is available for the Business plan. Click here to add add-ons or upgrade your plan.
  1. You can change your package subscription by clicking “Change package”.
  2. You can also view your quota usage history by scrolling down the page to the Usage history section.
  3. You can also view your quota usage based on the existing categories.
