Go to account.mekari.com.

First, Sign in to your Mekari account.
In this case, you can also Sign-in by using Employee ID, Google account, phone number, and SAML-SSO.
Then, go to the "Personal Info" menu.
Then, click “Verify” in the Mobile Number section.
Then, an OTP code will be sent to your email. Enter the OTP code in the field provided, then click "Verify".
The mobile number you edited will then change its status to 'Verified'. This indicates that the number registered to your Mekari account is accurate.
Next, if you need to change your mobile number, you can click “Change”.

For verified mobile numbers, an OTP code will be sent to your WhatsApp number. Enter the OTP code in the field provided, then click "Verify".

In other cases, the verification sequence will be different. The explanation is as follows:
- If in your Mekari Account personal info, you have never filled in a mobile number, then Mekari will send an OTP code to your email first before you can update your phone number. After you add a new phone number, Mekari will send an OTP code to that number to change your mobile number.
- If the registered phone number has not been verified, Mekari will first send an OTP code to your email before you can update your phone number. After you enter a new phone number, Mekari will send an OTP code to that number before the changes can be saved. After entering the OTP code and verifying it, your number will be successfully updated.
