How to Activate Email Notifications on Mekari Sign

Email notification is a feature that makes it easy for you to get notifications regarding Mekari Sign via email. However, to get this notification, you have to activate it first. Here are the steps.

  1. Enter the Settings menu.
  2. Then, click the “Notification” tab.
  3. Then activate the Any notification for documents toggle to activate email notifications.
  4. You can also choose what notifications you want to activate by checking the check box.

    Function Explanation
    Document need signing Documents must be signed.
    Document is signed by a recipient The document is signed by the recipient.
    eMeterai stamping is in progress The eMeterai stamping is in progress.
    eMeterai stamping is completed eMeterai stamping is complete.
    Document is completed by all recipient Documents are completed by all recipients.
    Document is declined by a recipient Document rejected by recipient.
    Document is voided by document maker The document is canceled by the document creator.
    Document is viewed by recipient The document is viewed by the recipient.
    Document is expiring within 120 days The document is viewed by the recipient. The document will expire in 120 days.
    Document is expired within 120 days Documents expire in 120 days.

  5. Then, click "Save" to save.
