  1. What is Mekari Account?
    Mekari Account is a Single Sign On (SSO) account service that is used by users to access all Mekari product services.

  2. What is the Mekari Account Single Sign On (SSO) service?
    SSO is a session and user authentication service that permits user to use ONE set of login credentials (e.g. name and password) to access multiple software applications within Mekari Product services.

  3. What are the benefits of SSO Mekari Account?
    With Mekari Account SSO, you can enjoy the convenience of having only one account to access all Mekari product application. In addition, once logged into a Mekari product application, you can access other Mekari product without having to log in again.

  4. Why should I use SSO Mekari Account?
    You should use Mekari Account SSO to help your employees become productive quickly by granting them access to Mekari accounts and business cloud applications, without writing custom scripts or investing in general-purpose SSO solutions.

    You should also use Mekari SSO to reduce the administrative complexity and cost of setting up and managing SSO access.

  5. What can I do with my SSO Mekari Account?
    You can use one account to access all Mekari products (Jurnal, Talenta, and Klikpajak).

  6. How do I log into my account?
    You can log in to your existing account with Mekari Account, all your data in Mekari products (Jurnal, Talenta, Klikpajak) will be migrated and merged into Mekari Account.

  7. How do I sign in using my Google account?
    If your email account affiliate with Google account and already registered in Mekari product (Jurnal, Talenta, and Klikpajak) then you can log in using Google account without inputting your Mekari Account password.

  8. How do I register?
    You can sign up by selecting one of Mekari’s product to initiate the first time using Mekari product application.

  9. How do I change my password?
    You can change password both in Mekari Account launchpad portal or each application product in Mekari.

  10. I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?
    To reset account password, you can do it in Mekari account Login/Sign in Portal and choose “Forgot password”.

  11. What about my product account (Jurnal) and the transactions and data in it?
    The product account will be integrated with the Mekari Account so that the email and password used to log in the product will be used in the Mekari Account, while the transactions and data within the product itself will not change.
