How to Manage Email Display in Mekari Sign

In Mekari Sign, you can set the appearance of the email that will be received by document recipients. Some items that can be changed include the company logo, sender name, email subject, and email message. This feature can only be accessed by users who subscribe to pro and business packages.

Here are the steps:

  1. Enter the Settings menu, click the Email settings tab on the Account tab.
  2. Click "Edit" to change the email rules.
  3. Here's how the email settings edit looks like.
  4. Click "Upload your logo" to add your company logo. The file type can be JPG or PNG with a maximum size of 10 MB.
  5. Choose the sender name you want to use in the email, such as Mekari Sign, Personal name, and Company name.

    - Mekari Sign: to send documents on behalf of Mekari Sign.
    - Personal name:to send the document on behalf of the user who sent the document.
    - Company name:to send documents on behalf of your company.

  6. Write the email subject and email message that you want to display when sending documents.
  7. You can check the email settings display on the preview tab.
  8. After setting the email settings display, you can click "Save".
