If you want to activate 2FA (2-Step Verification) on your Mekari account, you can contact our support team to learn how to do so. You can use this feature to make your account more secure.

The instructions below will guide you through the process of activating the 2FA (2-Step Verification) features on your Mekari account:

1. Log in to account.mekari.com.
2. Enter the email and password of your Mekari account and click “Sign in”.
   
   
3. Then go tab Security.
   
   
4. After you enable this feature, you will see an option to enable 2FA (2-Step Verification). To use this function, click the "Turn on" tab.
   
   
5. Enter the password from your account and click “Continue”.
   
   
6. Then you will be asked if you want the verification code sent to you via email or Whatsapp. After that, click “Continue”.
   
   
7. Enter the verification code you got and click "Continue".
   
   
8. After that, the 2FA (2-Step Verification) feature will become Active.
   
   
   

   Contact our support team if you want to disable 2FA. Currently, 2FA can only be disabled through the support team and through the approval of our infosec team.
