Contacts Menu Overview

The Contacts menu functions to make it easier for you to add document recipients. The following is a brief explanation of the Contacts menu:

No Column Name Explanation
1 Add contact Use this button to add a contact manually.
2 Import contact Use this button to import the contacts you have.
3 Search To find a contact name.
4 Contacts list

Shows contact information such as Full Name, Job Title, Company Name, Email address, Phone number, and Address.

There is also an Actions button that you can use to:

  • Send document: To send a document to the contact.

  • Edit: To edit the contact.

  • Download as CSV: To download the contact information in .csv format.

  • Delete: To delete the contact.
