How to Add Signature to Mekari Sign

In Mekari Sign, you can add signatures and initials, making it easier for you to insert your signature into your documents.

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to Settings menu.
  2. Click the Account tab and select eSignature.
  3. Click "Add new" to add a signature.
  4. Select the type of signature you want to insert, i.e. in writing, signature scribble, upload signature here, or QR Code.
  5. If you choose in the form of writing, you can write your full name and initials and choose the type of writing you want to use.
  6. If you choose in the form of signature scribble, you can draw your signature scribble directly. You can click "Clear" to reset the scribble.
  7. And you can also upload your signature directly here.

    You can upload your signature photo with GIF, JPG, and PNG file formats with a maximum size of 200KB.

  8. In addition, you can also use your signature in the form of a QR Code directly.

  9. After entering your signature, you can click "Save changes".
  10. Then the signature that you have successfully added will look as follows.
